Cancellation Policy

At Sanzora’s Closet, every order is carefully processed and packed once confirmed. Since we begin order preparation immediately after confirmation, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur, so we handle requests on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances.

Order Modification or Cancellation

• If you have entered an incorrect address or contact number, please inform us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing sanzorascloset@gmail.com.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Orders placed during special promotions, discounts, or sales cannot be cancelled under any condition.

Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you immediately and offer:

1. A replacement item of equal value, or
2. A full refund to your original payment method.
